A self-serve lolly bar that stays for the whole day. We set up our lolly cart before your guests arrive, filled with our current mix or a custom mix you pick from our long list, and come back to pack it down when you're done.
Guests scoop their favourites into a lolly bag and come back as often as they like. There's no service window to watch, so it suits all-day events, staff rooms, receptions and parties where people drift in and out.

We've served across Townsville, from shopping centre activations to school celebrations and mid-season member events.
Brands and Corporate packages include 90 minutes of service, and Events and Celebrations packages include 60 minutes. That's actual serving time. We arrive and set up well beforehand, so your session isn't eaten into by bump-in. Most guests are served comfortably within the hour, and if you'd like us to keep going it's $100 per extra 30 minutes.
Celebrations cover up to 75 guests, and Events and Corporate cover up to 100, with set prices for up to 150. Brands packages are priced on service time rather than guest numbers. We cater larger events on request. Above 100 guests we'd usually suggest adding a second attendant for $150, which keeps the queue moving and means nobody misses out.
Yes. Travel is included within 20 km of Townsville. From 20 to 100 km it's a flat $100, which covers Giru, Rollingstone, Woodstock and out as far as Ayr. Past 100 km, including Ingham and Charters Towers, it's $200. Magnetic Island is $150 to cover the ferry.
A clear, level space with enough room to wheel the cart in, and somewhere that won't block exits or walkways. Where there's an existing covered area we'll take it, both for shade and in case the weather turns. The cart sets up happily on grass, though we can't serve from sand. If there's no power on site we bring our own generator, so parks, paddocks and private properties are all workable.
Yes. Alongside our gelato we have a range of fruit sorbets, including sugar-free options. Tell us what your guests need when you enquire and we'll confirm the allergen and dietary details for each flavour and help you choose.
We set up the lolly cart at your venue before your event, stocked with our current mix ($259) or a custom mix you choose from our long list of lollies and snacks ($299), plus scoops and lolly bags. You can also hire the dry bar for $149 a day and fill it yourself. It's self-serve, so it can stay in place for the whole day, up to 24 hours, and guests help themselves whenever they like. We come back at the agreed time to pack down. You can book it on its own or alongside the gelato cart.
Most people book us 3 to 6 months ahead. Weekends through the dry season and the lead-up to Christmas go first, so if you have a date in mind it's worth checking it early even if the rest of your planning isn't settled.
We move undercover and keep serving. The cart doesn't need much space, so a verandah, marquee or covered area is usually enough. Worth having a wet weather spot in mind when you book, and we'll sort out the rest on the day.
